I’m 18 years old, from Bulgaria, and I still can’t believe I’ve just started my first year at university as a fashion design student. It feels like a dream I’ve been sketching in the margins of my notebooks finally coming to life. Every morning I walk into the studio with my heart racing, excited to touch fabrics, experiment with shapes, and turn ideas into something real. I feel inspired and full of energy, like every lecture opens a new door into a world of color Design has always been my passion, but dance is the rhythm of my soul. I’ve spent years training, pushing myself through rehearsals, learning discipline and expression. I adore contemporary dance — the freedom, the emotion, the way your body tells a story without words. But I also deeply love Bulgarian folk dances, with their powerful steps and beautiful traditions. They connect me to my roots and remind me who I am Now, as I begin this new chapter, I feel both excited and proud — ready to create, to move, and to grow

I’ve always felt a special connection to nature. Whenever I have free time on the weekends, I love going for long walks through open fields or quiet forests. There’s something calming about the fresh air, the sound of leaves under my feet, and the peaceful feeling of being surrounded by greenery. It helps me clear my mind after busy days at university and reconnect with myself I also enjoy walking in parks, especially when I don’t have enough time to leave the city. Even a short прогулка can make me feel more relaxed and inspired. I truly wish I could spend more time outdoors, exploring natural places and enjoying slow moments in nature I dream of traveling a lot in the future. I would especially love to visit France, Turkey, and the United States — almost every state, because they are all so different. It would be amazing to see each one with my own eyes and experience their unique atmosphere

Besides fashion and dance, I also love to draw whenever I can find a quiet moment. Over the years I’ve experimented with so many different materials — chalk, watercolor, gouache, even charcoal. Each one feels like a different language. Watercolor teaches me softness and patience, charcoal gives me boldness and contrast, and gouache lets me play with rich, confident colors I’m still searching for my own artistic style. Sometimes I feel close to discovering it, and sometimes it slips away. I know I need more practice to truly grow, but university keeps me busy, and I don’t always have enough time to draw as much as I’d like Still, art has always been a part of me. Even before entering university, I was deeply connected to creativity and understood how colors interact and speak to each other. That’s one of the reasons I chose fashion design — it feels like a natural continuation of the artistic path I’ve been walking for years

When it comes to food, I have so many favorites. I absolutely love chocolate ice cream — it’s my comfort dessert after a long day. I also adore Caesar salad, especially when it’s fresh and full of flavor. Tiramisu is one of my favorite sweets, soft and delicate, and I can never say no to a slice of Hawaiian pizza. Pasta is another weakness of mine — both Bolognese and Carbonara make me feel instantly happy In general, I’m very curious about different cuisines. I enjoy French, Italian, American, and Asian food, and I would love to try many traditional national dishes from different countries and truly understand their taste I hope to save some money this year, and maybe after finishing my first year at university, I’ll be able to travel somewhere in the summer and discover new flavors and cultures
